What we collect
When you create a KeyAide account, we collect your email and the conversations and tool inputs you provide while using the product. We collect basic technical data about your visit (browser type, anonymized analytics) so we can keep the site working.
What we don’t do
We don’t train AI models on your conversations or tool inputs. We don’t sell your data to anyone. We don’t share it with marketing partners. We don’t use it to build profiles about you or your child.
How we store it
Your data sits in encrypted storage with access limited to the small number of engineers who maintain the system. Backups are encrypted. We delete data on request — and on account deletion, automatically.
Third parties we use
KeyAide’s AI runs on Anthropic’s Claude (via Google Cloud Vertex AI). We use Vercel for hosting and Google Cloud for infrastructure. None of these vendors retain your conversations for their own training.
Your rights
You can export your data, delete your account, or ask us specific questions about what we hold — just email us. We respect GDPR, CCPA, and the spirit behind them.
Children
KeyAide is designed to be used by adults (caregivers) supporting children — not directly by children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change something material, we’ll let you know via email and post the diff right here, plainly, before it takes effect.
