About
A non-profit with a thesis.
LabyrinthKey is a small non-profit team building AI tools for the people doing the hardest, least-celebrated work in any care system. Half of us are neurodivergent. We’re building the tools we wished we’d had — and the ones we wish existed for other caregiving contexts too. All of it is free.
Our mission
Crucial support for the people holding everything together.
We believe caregiving has been left out of the AI moment. When tech enters care, it usually shows up as a productivity tool, a tracker, a dashboard. But the work itself is emotional, contextual, and exhausting.
LabyrinthKey builds tools that hold a calm voice in the caregiver’s corner — trauma-informed, evidence-grounded, paced for hard days. KeyAide is our first attempt, focused on caregivers of neurodivergent kids. Other caregiving contexts — senior care, pediatric chronic care, social work — are directions we’re actively exploring.
Our commitment to you
Four non-negotiables.
Privacy and security
Your data and conversations are protected. We don’t train models on your stories. We don’t sell your information. The privacy policy is short on purpose.
Strengths-first
We focus on identifying and amplifying the strengths associated with diverse neurotypes. Difference is not deficit — and our tools never frame it that way.
Continuous improvement
Your feedback shapes the platform. We actively seek user input and iterate visibly — KeyAide today is not the same KeyAide it was three months ago.
Transparency
We’re upfront about what AI can and can’t do. KeyAide will say “I don’t know” and point you to the right professional — never pretend to be one.
“The expression of diverse cognitive styles is fundamental to human innovation and creativity. We harness evidence-based AI to amplify the unique strengths and perspectives of neurodivergent individuals — not paper over them.”

From inside the experience
Half of our team identifies as neurodivergent, including one of our founders. The voice you hear when you talk to KeyAide isn’t a focus-grouped persona — it’s shaped by people who have sat in the IEP meeting, made the late-night call, written the email at 2 a.m.
Whenever you’re ready.
KeyAide is free. No login wall, no medical claims, no judgment. Just a careful voice in your corner when you need one.
